- Rebuilt a Tanzanian safari operator's website and back office; it is live and runs the business. Package, pricing, destination and itinerary updates that took one to three days are now self-service, within an hour.
- Built seven human-in-the-loop AI workflows over bookings, prior communications and customer records, cutting itinerary research and drafting from three to five hours to thirty to sixty minutes, with owner approval required before anything is sent.
- Building Shule Fanisi, school management software for Tanzanian institutions, with AI that grounds generated practice in a class’s confirmed marks and pseudonymises pupils before any request crosses the border.
- Built and maintain Ubunifu Madness, a public college basketball analytics platform covering 700+ Division I teams and 165,000+ historical games, with daily ETL, ratings and a database-grounded assistant.

- Enforced human approval architecturally: the agent had no email-sending tool, so dispatch ran through Azure Logic Apps only after an explicit approval turn.
